Differences in the Top Diagnosis for the CSUSM Free Nursing Clinics in San Diego County

The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the gender differences in the top diagnosis rates for the California State University San Marcos’ (CSUSM) Free Nursing Clinics in San Diego County. The Student Healthcare Project runs each clinic located in San Diego County. Evaluation process was done by conducting a secondary data analysis that will show the current diagnoses. Specific aims include; analyzing the importance of free nursing clinics, analyzing and stratify clinic site by the top diagnoses, examine the differences in the diagnoses rates, and to determine the possible reasons by looking at the demographic factors.
