Leadership Audit for Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Del Mar

Audit Statement The project purpose is to examine leadership effectiveness by way of Generally Accepted Leadership Principles (GALP); wherein are eleven control points: Vision, Mission, Core Values, VAC, Lead Self, Meaningful Engagement, Empathy, Block for Others, Foresight, Reduce Resistance, and Accountability. -Appendix A- shows GALP control points resting upon the Foundation of Business (Financial, Operational, Behavior Management), leading to the three outcomes: sustainable employee engagement, sustainable guest loyalty, sustainable profitability. The definition of leadership is, of which the leadership principles are built upon.
