Culture: Comparison of Analysis and Experience

In this thesis, I will discuss the details of my internship and the project we were assigned. I will also discuss my experiences and how they relate to my cultural expectations, global competencies, and academic training. In order to discuss my cultural expectations and global competencies, I will reference two frameworks, Global Competencies Inventory and Culture Compass from the Hofstede Centre. Finally, I will reflect upon my experience through a discussion of problems encountered, the most rewarding and least rewarding activities, and whether or not I would recommend Edeka as a place to complete an expatriate assignment.
