OneSource Distributors -KPI Dashboard
Chambers, Charles; Breaux, Ashley
OneSource Distributors is a company of Sonepar that has a focus on electrical and industrial distribution with locations spanning across multiple states. In the next 3 to 4 years, OneSource is suggesting growth of approximately 8.7%. However, due to the onset of COVID-19 the industry as a whole is expected to experience a 2% decline in annual demand. To help ascertain a competitive advantage, OneSource Distributors has requested that we use descriptive analytics to visualize siloed sales and operational data in their enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Job Management Software (JMS) systems. OneSource Distributors requires an observable and data-driven perspective displayed through the use of descriptive analytics in the form of a data dashboard. The requirement for integration with company systems is paramount, promoting the use of Microsoft product suite programs, primarily Power BI. Power BI was used to automate and display key performance indicators (KPIs) to increase visibility and usability for specific end-users and stakeholders. OneSource Distributors is a multifaceted company with various departments and branches. Through the use of a written standard operating procedure (SOP), OneSource Distributor will be able to guide team members through the use of the dashboard. Through the use of descriptive analytics, our team generated data visualizations to display a complete digital story to inform users of the progress made by OneSource team members and their different departments.

OneSource Distributors Cost Analysis
van Grinsven, Bart; Li, Chenxing
The main purpose of the project is to conduct the cost analysis model for OneSource Distributors’ Direct Through Stock (DTS) service. Since the project is the continuous project which links to the previous Senior Experience Project, our group was combining the data from both senior experience group and OneSource Distributors to build the new cost analysis model. Meanwhile, our group made SWOT Analysis and Porter’s Five Forces Model based on DTS service. Those two analytical methodologies could provide insights for OneSource Distributors to explore effective external and internal factors of its DTS service. Further, the report is providing recommendations and further research suggestions to help OneSource Distributors enhance DTS service process and get new findings.
